• Establish strong relationships with our scheme partners to ensure our debit propositions are market leading.
• Ensure simplicity within our product propositions and processes as well as implementing improvements and strategies to reduce fraud and scam risks for our customers.
• Challenge the status quo through analysis to drive outstanding outcomes for our customers and driving quality.
• Collaborate with digital, IT and enterprise project teams to deliver key capability to make it easier for our customers bank with us across the Westpac brands ensuring the alignment to the broader line of business objectives
