We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform team. In this key role, you’ll help to enhance Distribusion’s core functionality the API which is the cornerstone of our customer success strategy. Your focus will be on developing strategic initiatives through meticulous research, ensuring our product maintains the highest quality and functionality standards across all possible scenarios.

WORKPLACE:

We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.
We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Define short-term (sprint) and mid-term (quarterly) roadmaps, ensuring alignment of stakeholders and the organization regarding our objectives, to transform our platform into a world-class transportation marketplace
• Monitor and act on metrics such as usage, adoption, quality SLAs, etc., that must be consistently met and remain competitive with other products available on the market
• Take ownership of strategic projects within your Product end-to-end: define the business needs, develop user stories and requirements to ensure smooth delivery, and perform UAT to confirm that the delivery meets customer expectations
• Run adaptive Scrum process to ensure on-time delivery of the features by the Engineering team
• Write user documentation to improve the usability of the system for internal & external users and establish the best integration experience on the market
