QuickBooks Live is a four year old startup within Intuit with multiple well-funded competitors going after the $10+ billion assisted bookkeeping market.
One of the top customer problems of our offering is helping small businesses navigate Quickbooks efficiently and effectively. Today, some customers can get stuck and experience frustration when using Intuit products which makes our customers inefficient. This role will give customers the confidence that Intuit is right beside them as they navigate through our product which will make their business and employees thrive; and in many instances - survive. There is a massive opportunity to re-imagine how our workflows are implemented and perfected to ensure our product stays best-in-class across web, mobile, and our experts.
