THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Manager for the Reseller Experience, you will craft a cohesive experience for our resellers across all our products and services. Your team will build the next generation interface that enables our customers to navigate our portfolio of products (hosting, email, certificates, and domains) along with shared features and services (support, notifications, onboarding, and dashboards). As the product matures, you’ll be a leader in developing how we develop our PLG motions and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Through close collaboration with customers, prospects and customer-facing teams, you will gain deep insight into the goals, challenges and needs of resellers as they run their businesses and offer services to their clients. You will immerse yourself in their world, empathizing with their experiences, and be their champion for success.
In partnership with the broader product organization, you will explore the interdependencies and intersections across our product lines, identifying opportunities for harmonization. With a deep understanding of the reseller experience, you will define the long term vision and strategic roadmap for a unified control panel that supports and elevates our brand.
Approaching with an iterative mindset, you will validate assumptions, and continuously refine the experience based on reseller feedback and data-driven insights. Your goal is to deliver a modern, user-centric platform that simplifies and streamlines the reseller journey, fosters loyalty, and drives business growth.
You will be a passionate advocate for our customers, collaborating cross-functionally to rally teams around a shared vision and ensure a consistent, thoughtful experience across all touchpoints. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be instrumental in driving meaningful impact and transforming the reseller experience.
