Responsibilities:

  • Developing Product strategy and roadmaps based on thorough market and customer research.
  • Creating business cases for new products or propositions and leading the funding process.
  • Developing new products to launch in market, and continuing to maintain existing products to keep them relevant and competitive.
  • Monitoring ongoing product performance and delivering growth initiatives to drive profitability and market share for the PL portfolio.
  • Conducting thorough research and root cause analysis of customer pain points to develop and deliver on NPS action plans.
  • Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver new propositions to achieve key growth outcomes.
  • Maintaining high Product Governance standards and effective risk mitigation and control mechanisms for the Personal Loans book.
  • Be a subject matter expert and use in-depth knowledge of Personal Loans product to provide input and support change initiatives across the value chain.
