Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Sitecore Experience Platform will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic positioning and messaging to drive the success of our products. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including revenue marketing, product, design, and content, making this an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving impactful initiatives. You will work directly with our Director of Product Marketing, focusing on the big picture of Sitecore’s vision to deliver leading-edge content and experience-led solutions for our customers.
The Product Marketing team works cross-functionally to create Sitecore’s positioning and messaging, create compelling content (presentations, data sheets, playbooks, case studies, whitepapers, etc.) and drive market awareness, sales success, and product adoption by telling a compelling, differentiated Sitecore story, backed by deep market and customer understanding.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Refine positioning and messaging for our digital experience portfolio to differentiate our products by understanding the market problems they solve, the challenges our customers face, and how they realize value with solutions built on our platform.
  • Create high-impact marketing collateral such as sales presentations, product datasheets, case studies, and whitepapers to support sales efforts and educate customers about our products and drive key product launches.
  • Support the Analyst Relations function in the DXP related reports by answering the questionnaires, participating in inquiries, briefings, etc.
  • Work with GTM (sales, pre-sales, marketing) teams and product management teams to implement targeted go-to-market strategies and field readiness initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize key segments and personas with targeted positioning and messaging that drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
  • Partner with the demo marketing team to create world-class demos for use in marketing events, analyst evaluations, and to bring product web pages to life.
  • Develops sales tools including playbooks, presentations, and demo stories that effectively communicate solution benefits.
  • Support revenue marketing with strategies on how to create demand for our products.
  • Partner with our market insights team to create research, thought leadership, and competitive intelligence materials.
  • Become an expert on the commercial aspects of our portfolio, including pricing and packaging and articulation of customer ROI.
