WHAT’S THE POSITION?
Hard Rock Digital is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that amplify the product features that will solve for what our players are seeking in our Online Sportsbook and Online Casino products. You’ll be responsible for deeply understanding our target audiences’ everyday needs & challenges and working as a trusted thought partner alongside our Product teams in an effort to help optimize their strategies while shaping effective and engaging marketing content, through to execution, and measurement. Ultimately, you will contribute to building, growing, and expanding the best brand in gaming.
You are a highly creative, data-driven marketer, a master at working backwards, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating across large groups of partners. You are intellectually curious, yet grounded in audience narratives, insights and macro-culture research. This role will require understanding the needs of current, lapsed, and prospective consumers, and the industry at-large. The ideal candidate is extremely agile, has an equally strong analytical & creative sense, and experience working across fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead efforts that will advocate for the player and help shape the direction of Hard Rock Digital’s product roadmap by serving as a key central stakeholder that links our product strategy to consumer and competitive insights, and maximizes our strategy through marketing
- Partner with cross-functional leads - including Product, Operations, Insights, Go-To-Market, Creative Studio, and more - to develop integrated marketing strategies to grow Hard Rock Bet’s user base, including identification of key product opportunities, audience cohorts and markets that represent the biggest opportunity
- Collaborate on developing strategic creative briefs, comms plans and campaign calendars.
- Partner with internal and external partners to produce best-in-class marketing collateral, and media strategists to leverage traditional and emerging marketing channels to support product campaigns
- Remote Position working EST time zone hour
