In this role as the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will orchestrate the vision of privacy and regulatory compliance across all the experience touchpoints that impact customer trust and their decision to invest in Microsoft.

  • Collaborate with teams across SCI, Cloud Marketing and Microsoft to ensure that privacy and regulation is both represented in cross-Microsoft workstreams and deliver on new opportunities to grow Microsoft as a trusted brand.
  • Work across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent, compelling messaging on privacy and regulatory compliance across products and properties

This role requires the ability to work with various stakeholder teams across Microsoft and knowledge of fundamental marketing engines, including field enablement, web, events and social. Key aspects for success include:

  • Strategic thinking:
  • Stakeholder relationships: Working with the influence model, stakeholder relationships and shared KPIs are key. Understanding how to navigate a complex work environment is critical to success in this role.
  • Marketing content development: Translate insights into actionable plans and deliverables that we can execute across platforms

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
  • OR Master’s Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
  • OR equivalent experience.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
  • OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
  • OR equivalent experience.
    Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis of Customer and Market Signals

  • Lead engagements with other stakeholder teams, customers, and the field to understand customer/partner needs and identify investment priorities
  • Develop insights from analyses market and industry trends to design a new way to communicate trust and value for customers who are facing a host of challenges in the regulatory space.

Value Prop Positioning, Messaging, Deliverables

  • Collaborate with others to develop insights from market or user research, analyses, and market and industry trends to deliver a differentiated value proposition that aligns with customer goals.
  • Develop the framework of messaging and positioning for Privacy and Regulatory compliance in the era of AI with stakeholders and managers.
  • Drive a cohesive marketing strategy across multiple channels to support the customer experience and drive opportunity for deeper engagement with partner and field channls.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Drive initiatives and programs across teams to improve and meet organizational goals.
  • Share practices to relevant stakeholders to improve product marketing and business performance.
  • Drive impact through partner teams.
