REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years in a product marketing position and experience working in a product-focused company.
• Native or fluent Spanish and English speaker.
• Confident knowledge of the Spanish financial market.
• Based in London or with the opportunity to travel to London 2-3 times a week.
• Demonstrated experience owning and improving product awareness, product retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience in cooperating with a team of high-performing internal and outsourced marketers.
• You have demonstrated the ability to manage product marketing in a globally distributed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in an iterative and agile way, running several experiments in parallel.
• Ability to listen, ask questions, and easily put yourself in the shoes of our customers and internal teams.
• A highly organized way of working and the ability to navigate through conflicting priorities while balancing customer values and business needs
• You are able to come up with a good plan to get things done. Make sure we roll out impactful features quickly.
• You’re data-driven and back up projects with data and follow through to make sure they’ve resulted in a big customer impact.
• Occasional travel to Tallinn main office, expenses covered.

YOUR ROLE:

Senior Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of the product to customers. The role includes strategic and operational marketing at the product level. You will develop positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and enable the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure they are aligned and work efficiently to generate and close opportunities.
Senior Product Marketing Specialist works with the Product Manager and Product Engineering to co-create and agree on the release plans and plan & execute activities needed to acquire new and retain existing customers to meet product business plans.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Map and describe your target markets - the needs of the audience, competitors and alternatives, purchasing process, etc.
• Work on product positioning and competitive differentiation. Either adopt and implement what is envisioned at the global product level or propose adjustments to meet the product-market fit.
• Acquire quality leads. Aim continuously towards removing friction from the sales funnel to convert leads into customers. And work across the touchpoints to retain the customers.
• Create activity plans and budgets. Coordinate and confirm them with the Head of Marketing.
• Product performance analysis.
• Be a customer advocate in release planning.
• Manage partnerships and relationships with third-party providers.
