We are looking for a Senior Product Optimisation Manager to own, implement and manage our onsite and app product discovery strategy. You will identify wider product opportunities through data analytics and make recommendations for change to drive CR%, Add to cart succession rates and reduce the bounce rate.
You will have a continued focus on building a strong understanding of AI, tracking maturity, and identify ways to drive opportunities and efficiencies.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Improving and enhancing product relevancy, reducing bounce rate and increasing add to cart succession rates.
  • Managing the VM and publishing teams.
  • Implementing VM data analytics to trends and to align our merch strategy with customer preferences. Blending personalisation and business requirement strategies
  • Optimizing automated sort order rule capabilities
  • Search optimisation opportunities
  • Localisation of taxonomy and product categorisation
  • Data enrichment - working with buying and merch teams to improve taxonomy and attribution
  • Lead Tech Migration for VM
  • Build, Implement and Drive (new)BR VM Tool Optimisation roadmap
  • Working closely with B&M to define manual merchandising strategy, whilst identifying wider manual merchandising opportunities through data analytics and making recommendations for change to drive CR%, Add to cart succession rates and reduce bounce rate.
  • Regular competitor activity across both retail stores and online to understand the market place and environment
  • Managing weekly publishing targets ensuring all products, product attributes and taxonomy are updated to the websites on a daily basis
  • Working alongside the SEO team to optimise categories and search
  • Mentoring of team and supporting appropriate training
  • Market knowledge of upcoming trends whilst working closely with B&M/Creative/Marketing to ensure these trends come to life onsite
