Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products and achieving business objectives
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent level of both spoken and written English language.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product discovery and definition activities to identify user needs and business requirements
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
- Translate product vision into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with their expectations
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive product improvements and optimizations
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition, bringing insights to the team and contributing to product innovation
