Description:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of analyst experience
- Demonstrable ability to identify and document solutions to complex problems
- Strong management, organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with airline airport operations a plus, but not required
- Prior experience with quality assurance a plus, but not required
- Airline or travel industry experience a plus, but not required
- Amadeus Altea Suite (JFE/ARD web) and/or Computer Reservation System experience a plus, but not require
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the day-to-day backlog of user stories
- Works as a primary point of contact on story elaboration, grooming, and story acceptance
- Collaborate with quality assurance, designers, and developers to ensure stories meet the definition of done
- Coordinate with other Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure dependencies are accounted for and enablers are properly prioritized
- Work with Product Managers on Program Increment planning and road mapping
- Communicate across various workstreams and stakeholders outside of the Agile development team
- Guide junior Product Owners on story elaboration, grooming, and story acceptance
- Support initiatives for new ways of working together using new processes and tools; be a change agent for your peers.
- Create successful relationships with business and be a trusted point person on issues and aspects related to IT
- Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions including Business Cases where required
