Responsibilities:

  • Create/review user-stories that provide detailed requirements for development and test teams
  • Attends scrum meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives and facilitates demos
  • Find opportunities, develop and implement changes to maximise Digital adoption and advocacy by understanding underlying customer needs
  • Facilitate understanding of stakeholder views on online banking to help ensure alignment of plans, budgets and execution priorities
  • Work with leadership, developers, business analysts, delivery managers and architects to breakdown work, prioritise and plan requirements to demonstrate iterative and incremental value delivery
  • Work with internal stakeholders to build a readiness pipeline of projects and plan delivery based on available team capacity
  • Support workshops - including epic/ feature estimation, prioritisation, iteration planning and showcases
  • Ensure quality and appropriate testing of all digital changes in the squads
  • Identify and raise opportunities for continuous improvement in the team knowledge and performance
