As a Scrum Master, you will have the opportunity to lead our scrum team in utilizing Agile methodology and scrum practices to successfully implement projects. Your collaboration with the product owner and development team will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and flawless execution. If you possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in JIRA and Jenkin, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years as a Scrum Lead, with hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum developing software applications in a highly-technical domain
- Experience managing software development projects
- Strong expertise in Agile and its frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled-Agile management methods and processes
- Extensive knowledge and experience with the software development lifecycle
- Expertise with project management tools JIRA and Jenkin
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Scrum Master certification is required
- Life Science domain expereince is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for driving execution and delivery of a set of software development deliverables from start to finish
- Execute test automation scripting
- Leverage experience with Agile and Scrum to lead teams to successful delivery
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices to ensure project success
- Collaborate with the product owner and development team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
- Coach and mentor the scrum team in self-organization and removing impediments
- Identify and fill in gaps in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur during project execution
- Interacts with internal and external peers, initiative stakeholders, and managers to exchange complex information
- Able to quickly solve complex problems in a challenging, dynamic environment with minimal direction
- Facilitate the team through the resolution of complex issues
