JOB FUNCTION

• Participate in continuous improvement activities with related to Merit Business Excellence (MBES) with cross functional teams (Tech Team).
• Manage the Plant SOP Plan per Forecast in oracle system.
• Manage and facilitate the monthly Master Schedule Plan is achieved via timely execution per the production schedule to meet the customer demands at DC.
• Manage and facilitate the Return Goods Authorization process.
• Drive for accuracy in planning related data in MRP system and credible records in all planning reports.
• Facilitate the FG planning activities to drive for timely in meeting sale order,internal orders and timely response to regions and countries on sale order queries.
• Responsible in driving for an optimal inventory level in subassemblies to support manufacturing day to day operations to meet regions sales orders timely.
• Ensure that the Planning Assistant instill timely review and release of the monthly and weekly subassemblies production plan to manufacturing. The subassemblies and finished goods work orders are to be release timely to the manufacturing so as to avoid incurring unfavorable variances.
• Establish and drive activities and processes in planning to measure, monitor, track and routine review to meet key performance indicators such as inventory targets, service level targets on plant backorder.
• Review and amend relevant department and work procedures to reflect current practices.
• Review work system for continuous improvement and enhance productivity for the section.
• Assist department head in addressing day-to-day operation issues, be responsible for and participate in the people development activities of associate,
• Coaching and counseling for fellow and junior associates
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with all related safety regulations and environmental policies in the Company
• Support the creation of a Loss Prevention Program me and culture that ensures all hazards/risks within the job holder’s area of responsibilities are identified & assessed and controlled through the positive use of engineering, process, material and people oriented programs to protect employees, third parties and property that may be affected by the job holder’s actions or those under his/her control, by eliminating / minimizing the risks to an acceptable level
• Exercise personal due diligence in managing, as part of the normal business process, all appropriate moral, legal and commercial aspects of safety, health, property conservation and environment, that are within the job holder’s normal span of control, to ensure that all loss prevention policies, procedures & practices, prescribed by the company or local Statues are implemented as required, monitored for compliance and enforced.

To lead and drive the Monthly Master Schedule Plan to achieve predictable product flow to support manufacturing demand and a predictable product supply to the regions and countries. Key Focus on Planning activities which include master schedule plan, production scheduling, work order management and materials (ie sub-assemblies) inventory control at optimal level to meet regions sales orders and changing demands.
To assist the section to achieve Operations & Service Level Metrics on Inventory on sub-assemblies and finished goods and backorder.
