Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of Eat Walk Engage (EWE) on Wards 2H and 2M at Logan Hospital by facilitating the implementation of initiatives that will prevent delirium for older inpatients by providing high level expertise in clinical service delivery, project management and project coordination, education and training, and stakeholder engagement, as well as liaison and negotiation at all levels within the hospital.
