EDUCATION

  • Bachelor of Science required, advanced degree a plus
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years relevant shown experience in related industry, ideally within a Commercial function
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, planning, process development, and analytical skills
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional programs
  • Experience leading PPI projects
  • Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time
  • Consistent record in leading, motivating, and developing others
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; outstanding relationship builder. Fluent in English.
  • Effective at influencing and leading without direct authority.
  • Strong customer facing experience
  • Proficiency using MS Office and Project applications
  • Well organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sophisticated programs, defining and chipping in to a clear work plan to deliver successful business results.
  • Drive and lead all project work, making sure that problems are rapidly identified and resolved, applying innovative project management tools and techniques to deliver on commitments and in some instances follow specific regulatory requirements.
  • Lead project communications and phase approval reviews, providing clear and concise communication to all levels of the team and management, and tailoring style to a broad range of audiences and situations.
  • Estimate resource demand which will accompany schedule analysis to ensure accurate staffing of the program for all functions.
  • Continuously prioritize tasks, maintain an overview on program status and identify and mitigate any risks or issues.
  • Provide clear, concise information and reports to project team and executive management.
  • Empower and provide constructive input to team members, ensuring project work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Embrace and champion PMO framework, standards and tools across all programs and projects
  • Collaborate with Commercial Leaders to understand and support regional strategy, consider projects and programs to enable delivery and bring prioritization, governance and execution to the organization
  • Collaborate with wider Sales Operations team on defining solutions, project approaches, workstreams and required resources.
