Key responsibilities:
- Act as project champion for customer projects within Lonza Drug Product Services
- Lead customer communication and project coordination in collaboration with functional/project leads
- Responsible for project initiation, planning, execution and control as well as increased visibility of Lonza DPS to win new customers
- Warrant customer satisfaction throughout project life cycle by ensuring clear communication, facilitating issue resolution and providing timely delivery
- Define and manage project scope , lean process and information flow as well as timelines in agreement functional/project leaders and ensure provision of on time in full (OTIF) deliverables
- Support the proposal team during early discussions concerning potentially new projects.
- Form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
Key requirements:
- Degree in Life science with strong commercial background
- Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of the cost of failure both the production and the ability to fulfill customer orders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Substantial experience in parenteral drug product development or clinical supply
- Results orientated and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Strong Program Management background and strong established and working business network
