Job Description

  • Driving cross-product initiatives, from conceptualization and cross-functional alignment to roll-out and implementation.
  • Enhancement of focused programs with high business impact requiring diligence and creativity to deal with new situations in a high-growth environment.
  • Identify organizational areas for improvement and drive initiatives to address them.
  • Swiftly gain expertise in unfamiliar areas, breaking down subjects to develop and suggest forward-thinking, solution-focused ideas.
  • Drive cross-department initiatives for short-term effectiveness and operationalize them for long-term efficiency.
  • Foster and evaluate internal product usage to distill and communicate value.
  • Collaborate with CTO, Product and Engineering leadership to innovate and drive the value of Dynatrace products.
  • Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market and Communication teams to develop use-cases and value statements for our products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s in computer science, Business Informatics, a related Engineering field or comparable professional experience.
  • Profound experience in driving hi-tech product forward, preferably software.
  • Entrepreneurship, product management, technology or development leadership roles are beneficial.
  • Be highly self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex and unique problems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills. Ability to communicate thoughts clearly.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for tight collaboration with other employees and organizations.
