Senior Program Manager \Remote. Most states eligible
The Sr. Program Manager for the Office of Research Administration (ORA) plays a critical role in developing, driving, and implementing strategic projects. Under the direction of the Executive Director of ORA, the Senior Program Manager will partner with cross-functional leaders to plan, facilitate, manage, and deliver large, complex projects. This role is to support initiatives with significant process and organizational impacts that span multiple business functions. The primary responsibility is to drive these and other business initiatives forward. This position supports the growth and viability of the research enterprise by leading the coordination, management and alignment of multiple key projects and initiatives that will achieve performance to our strategic goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or other healthcare related areas.
  • upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • 8 years Managing project work and/or programs and providing support to senior and executive leadership. Preferred experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Experience in clinical program management with specific experience partnering with clinicians.
  • Experience in working closely with senior and executive leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in Any field.
  • Coursework/Training: Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups.
  • Coursework/Training: Lean/Six Sigma training.
  • 2 years Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • 1 year Management of people.
