To strengthen our AdTech Team, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a

Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively identifying and developing long-term media investment strategies by partnering with the local Publishers and Media Sales-Houses
  • Setting up and negotiating private Marketplace (PMP) and supply deals with the Publishers, as required for the campaign delivery
  • Responsible for whitelisting and blacklisting of publisher websites for the local markets
  • Setting performance, quality and brand-safety KPIs with the Publishers and regularly monitoring the incoming publisher traffic
  • Giving site and placement-based performance recommendations to the traders, also monitoring the quality of supply exchanges/SSPs added to RTB
  • Working closely with the Traders to optimize the necessary Media-Buying volumes from time-to-time as well as working on the platforms by themselves
  • Troubleshooting all the Supply-side Media issues and implementation
  • Controlling and accompanying the operational implementation and optimization of programmatic campaigns through various DSPs
  • Creating customer journey related digital strategies, along the entire funnel, from branding to prospecting to retargeting, with focus on cross-channel approach
  • Working collaboratively with the account management, ad operations and analytics teams
  • Maintaining a close and continuous exchange with publishers, data providers and technology vendors (both national and international)
  • Developing best practice models and generating insights for always-on optimization
  • Being a driving force for innovation and further development of programmatic excellence for our clients
  • Responsible for onboarding new colleagues and supporting juniors with your programmatic experience
