Job Description
We understand that large programs require the management, coordination and integration of multiple, concurrent projects.
By connecting our expertise across services, markets, and geographies, we manage outcome-driven projects that deliver social, economic and environmental value. These include programmes of critical national importance in defense, transport, water, clean energy, environmental clean-up, international development and disaster recovery, as well as the shaping of many of the world’s major cities.
As a Senior Programme Manager, you’ll be the catalyst for change, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex challenges to deliver programmes that leave a lasting positive impact on communities and the environment.
With a focus on our Ireland region, you will lead programme management efforts, working closely with key clients and stakeholders to turn their visionary goals into tangible successes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steer medium to large-scale programs or critical segments of extensive initiatives, aligning with the overarching vision of the Programme Management team
  • Offer technical acumen and strategic direction to ensure regional programme delivery excellence.
  • Champion ethical practices and safety standards in all operations.
  • Drive innovation in programme management methodologies to set us apart in the market
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and sector experts to unearth new opportunities and craft compelling solutions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate high-risk areas to safeguard program success.
  • Evaluate long-term disruptive trends, advocating for skill development and strategic workforce planning to future-proof our capabilities.
  • Play an active role in attracting and nurturing top talent within your domain.
  • Take charge of the financial health and successful delivery of AECOM’s Programme Management commitments.
