Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Advisor, based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney to lead and support the design and development of program advisory services that are required at the front end of the investment lifecycle.

The role has a strong innovation and continuous improvement focus and will work closely with the Program Advisory Leads for Australia and New Zealand and the key Program Directors to bring industry leading approaches to all target markets. The role as part of the ANZ Programme Management team will contribute to driving the growth of our program management business in all sectors and partnering with clients to transform the way they deliver major infrastructure programs.

  • Lead and support the development of Program Advisory products in line with the Global methodologies to suit the ANZ market
  • Lead and support the program advisory service offerings to internal business units and our clients
  • Work collaboratively with ANZ Program Advisory Leads and the Regional Program Management groups leaders in designing and implementing the regional skills development process
  • Participate in reviews of key and must win proposals across the business lines.
  • Participate in the Global Program Advisory Technical Practice Group (TPG) and Program Management Practice Group to develop Program Advisory practice

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive Program Management skills with appropriate technical qualification
  • 8 - 10 years successful track record in field of expertise and substantial program advisory and program delivery experience
  • Awareness of contemporary program management practices and execution of large-scale infrastructure programs including safety, quality, regulatory needs
  • Key player in winning the advisory services opportunities and delivery of program advisory commissions, across a range of sectors such as Water, Energy
