YOUR MISSIONS- Independent Management: Oversee and control planning and forecasting processes for projects, R&D costs, and cash flows.

• Project Oversight: Manage business aspects of acquisition and development projects from the offer phase to production, supporting interdisciplinary project teams.
• Business Support: Provide commercial advice and business management support to the Glass business unit, focusing on standardization and reporting.
• Analysis and Action: Conduct target/actual comparisons and special analyses (e.g., capacities, R&D efficiency), and ensure follow-up on derived action plans.
• Grant Coordination: Manage activities related to grant management.
• Process Optimization: Develop and optimize processes, standards, tools, and templates in project and R&D controlling.
