THE PERSON
The successful candidate will likely have:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Economics, Environmental, Law or Renewable Energy
- 3+ years experience in Utility solar PV/Wind project development and business development, project acquisition, origination and obtaining Grid interconnection agreements for Utility scale project permitting.
- Proven abilities to develop project pipeline in Germany and network of landowners
- A strong commercial knowledge risk management and contractual negotiations, PPA are advantageous
- Be able to solve complex problems, Engage, Lead, motivate and inspire teams to success
- Speak German, English

Responsibilities:
As Senior Project Developer you will lead Project Development and business development activities on upstream and downstream development activities some of the duties will be to:
- Develop a pipeline of projects for Utility Scale renewables through business development, origination, greenfield development and acquisition through feasibility, permitting to ready to build stage
- Lead and coordinate internal team and external consultants for future success.
- Lead relationships for co-development and partnership agreements
- Lead & establish relationships with landowners, municipals, project developers and financial institutions across region
- Follow project from land identification, development, permitting, through to contract closure.
- Take a leading role in technical and commercial negotiations.
- Report financial results to Global management
