  About the Company:
  A unique opportunity to join a tier one commercial building company with an exceptional reputation. They have strong roots in the WA market and are about to commence construction on a $200M project. As a business they pride themselves on being champions of change within the construction space, providing a collaborative environment and constantly coming up with innovative ways to deliver major projects.

  They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team. You will start by leading the early works packages and then move onto the main works. This is a key leadership role for their construction engineering team on a major $200M project.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management
• Proven experience working as an SPE in commercial construction on projects $100M++
• Local experience in Perth and strong relationships with the local subcontractor network is essential.
• Experience in the tier 1 or major tier 2 construction market
• Well-rounded experience in structure, façade and finishing on major projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
