As a Full-Time Senior Project Engineer specializing in heat pumps, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in mechanical engineering, heat pumps, AC units, water heaters, and more. Responsibilities:
Innovate and Lead: Manage projects from concept to production, designing and developing advanced heat pump systems.
Collaborate and Implement: Support field installations of innovative water heater designs for commercial applications, ensuring successful product launches.
Analyze and Optimize: Conduct performance testing and analysis to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
Solve and Improve: Troubleshoot unique installation situations and resolve any heating, plumbing, electrical, or regulatory issues.
Team Up: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide valuable input during product design reviews.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience (Bachelor’s) or 3 years (Master’s) in HVAC system design. Minimum 2 years of refrigerant cycle experience.
Skills: Proficiency in design and simulation tools like SolidWorks, LabVIEW, and CFD. Detailed understanding of HVAC system functions, heat transfer, and regulatory compliance.
Travel: Ability to travel 10-15% for product testing and meetings.
Extras: Background in heat transfer, fluids, electrical-mechanical products, and the ability to work with ERP software (SAP or similar).
