The role will commence initially at our Perth CBD office with a view that you will mobilise to the site in 2025. In this, you will be primarily responsible for managing the procurement of site office compound facilities. You will also manage a site contract to install the facilities, do minor earthworks and concrete. Throughout the project, you may also support other additional pieces required to support the main construction contracts and:

  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve problems including minimizing risk and delay.
  • Ensure the project deliverables and documentation meet client requirements and engineering standards.
  • Identify potential problems, risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement project controls, specifications, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide contract management including identifying variations, extensions of time and other contractual entitlements.
  • Conduct work in a safe manner and ensure the works are constructed in accordance with safety
