• Oversee full project lifecycle, encompassing Contract award, Basic and Detail Engineering, Fabrication, Delivery, and Pre-commissioning.
• Strategize, monitor, and drive project schedule, ensuring timely achievement of critical milestones.
• Engage in Vendor selection, bid assessments, and contract negotiations to optimize project outcomes.
• Facilitate technical and commercial dialogues among internal teams, End-Users, EPC, and Vendors.
• Conduct comprehensive Risk Assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope changes, instigating change management procedures when required, while safeguarding project margins and fostering robust cash flow.
