Rockwell Automation is hiring!
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join us in our Sydney office.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for project technical solution and delivery of drive control systems through the planning, design, implementation, testing and commissioning phases. Works with project managers on planning, delivering assigned projects on time, budget and scope.
On specific projects, may be required to supervise a team of engineers in the execution of project delivery, which includes design, implementation, testing and customer-site commissioning.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• NER and/or RPEQ registration is advantageous

REQUIRED INDUSTRY AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Typically 5 to 10 years’ experience in Variable Drive System and Automation projects, which includes designing, consulting, implementing and commissioning.
• Typically possesses broad application/technical knowledge relevant to assigned business team
• Must have a good understanding of industrial drive systems (preferably Rockwell Automation solutions),
• Heavy industry experience is preferable – Mining, Metals, Pulp & Paper, Materials Handling
• Experience working in complex/EPC environments advantageous
• Must be able to effectively work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience with MS Office software products Excel, Word, Project, Visio, etc, Autocad
  Annual Base Salary Range: AUD 100,000 - 130,000
