Description:
- Greenfield Subdivisions Contractor
- Located in the north & western suburbs of Melbourne
- $180k - $200k + super

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the construction manager you will run multiple projects in an autonomous environment
- Delivery of greenfield land development sites from start until completion
- Coordinating site activities, dealing with councils, OH&S, scheduling resources and machinery
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
- Communicate with clients, councils, consultants, and authorities
- Plan and project programming
How you will be a suitable fit
- 8+ years experience as a project manager in large land development projects in Australia
- Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction (advantageous)
- Degree in Construction/Engineering valued
- Experience in construction projects up to $40 million
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Appropriate IT skills
