Job Description
Overseeing construction engineering, planning and construction management for CSA and MEP systems in support of the success of the proposed project.
Construction & Engineering Lead is responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of CSA, Mechanical (Including Cleanroom), Electrical (including Instrumentation & Control), and Process (Including Gas, Chemical, Water/Waste) systems and BIM integration in construction projects.
The candidate will have a minimum of 15 years’ working experience consisting of 10 years’ experience in construction with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role as a Construction Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. He or she will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of CSA and MEP systems and be able to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders. The Construction & Engineering Lead must be a team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 15 years working experience consisting of 10 years experience in construction with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role as a Construction Manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrable experience in the management of multi-disciplined semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.
• Practiced in project control mechanisms and with commercial and technical risk assessments
• Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.
• Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills – ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
• Ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment.
• Effective delegation skills.
• Strong ability in English speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
