Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a project manager, with a focus on ERP implementations or large-scale system deployments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software. PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience developing RFP documents and managing the vendor selection process for IT, ERP, and HCM projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Experience leading and implementing projects that involve major changes to business systems and processes, including managing team resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.
- Experience as a Project Manager across a variety of sectors, working in multiple concurrent projects and managing complex technical projects with the ability to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and milestones, and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP and HCM software, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / NAV, business analysis skills.
- Knowledge of the Power Platform apps (Power BI, Power Apps), Azure Functions, 365 BC/HCM integrations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of adult immigrants and refugees.
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive RFP process, this includes actively participating in vendor selection to ensure alignment with project goals and budgetary constraints, while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Ensure smooth transition from RFP evaluation phase to project implementation, including documentation handover to implementation manager.
- Develop comprehensive RFP documents outlining project requirements, technical specifications, and desired outcomes.
- Establish and manage timelines and milestones for the RFP process, including deadlines and review procedures.
- Gather input from stakeholders at COSTI to align RFP requirements with business needs.
- Coordinate with procurement departments to facilitate RFP issuance and receipt processes.
- Review and evaluate vendor proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
- Develop and conduct initial assessments and screenings of vendors to determine qualifications and suitability by developing and utilizing assessment matrix.
- Coordinate vendor demonstrations or presentations for shortlisted candidates, facilitating Q&A sessions.
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis of vendor proposals, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Assist in negotiations with selected vendors regarding contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement stakeholders to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings with selected vendors and internal project team members.
- Maintain accurate records of the RFP process and vendor selection progress.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding RFP activities and outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procurement regulations, and industry best practices throughout the RFP process.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of RFP documents, vendor communications, and evaluation procedures.
- Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff, facilitating regular status meetings.
- Support the project team by overseeing and monitoring project progress according to agreed measures and procedures.
- Supervise project work and manage schedule adherence, whether executed by internal or external resources.
