  • Demonstrate full project ownership by managing project scope, timeline, and budget within agreed tolerances throughout the lifecycle of the project;
  • Adjust project plan in consultation with all stakeholders as required to meet objectives, and manage trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost as necessary;
  • Provide timely project reporting for senior management including project status, plans, operational reports, Steering Committee presentations, and ad-hoc reporting;
  • Produce project risk management plans to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
  • Arrange the distribution of work packages/stories within the company and/or to external contractors, and provide instructions, advice, and direction to project team members;
  • Ensure project deliverables meet stated requirements, are delivered to the required standard of quality, and are within the specified constraints of time and cost;
  • Work closely with the project team and other stakeholders to adhere to project change control policies, procedures, and practices for management of scope, notifying stakeholders of scope change, delays, and significant variances against budget, and prepare supporting documentation (PCR) for approval when required; and
  • Function with a high degree of independence, exercise sound judgment and discretion in making decisions, manage resources and coordinate activities in a cross-team environment.

What you will have:

  • A university degree in computer science, software engineering, or other related discipline with a technology focus;
  • 5-10 years with progressively more responsible relevant IT experience, including managing projects through all phases of the project life cycle – experience in either Cyber Security, software development, or IT Infrastructure related projects preferred;
  • Prior experience in Information Security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST CSF) preferred;

  • Ability to effectively use tools and other resources to manage issues, risks, assumptions, and decisions;
