One of Davidson’s clients are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Geelong!
We’re in search of a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead a transformative initiative aimed at replacing a legacy system that interacts with all facets of the business. If you’re passionate about driving change, collaborating across diverse teams, and spearheading projects with impact, this role is tailor-made for you!
Responsibilites:
- Lead the way in project management, from strategic inception to delivery, contributing to the formulation of key strategic papers and project business cases.
- Oversee program governance, delivery plans, and communication strategies, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders at various levels.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering engagement and alignment with project objectives.
- Proactively anticipate and manage risks, working alongside change management specialists to implement robust strategies for communication and stakeholder involvement.
- Champion effective stakeholder management, establishing and nurturing critical business relationships while working closely with project leadership to ensure governance and delivery excellence.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability and smooth workflow management.
