Are you ready to lead digital projects that make a real impact? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Digital to oversee our global digital initiatives from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and align with Medik8’s high standards and digital strategy. You’ll manage key senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional global teams, and leverage digital tools to drive project success. Your expertise will turn stakeholder requirements into actionable plans, guiding execution and ensuring seamless delivery of our Digital Roadmap.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital projects within the beauty, retail, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

• Define project scope and objectives, formulate detailed project plans, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
• Undertake project planning, including budget/resource allocation, tracking, and reporting to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Develop and prioritise project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and overall delivery aligned to the Digital Roadmap
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet Medik8’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with project teams and stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and meetings.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring efficient allocation and management of resources.
• Conduct project closure and post-project evaluation to capture insights and enhance future project delivery.
• Alignment with Digital Development team in day-to-day activities e.g. Standup, Planning, Retrospectives
