As we continue our mission to make people happy through chocolate, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation to join our Digital Transformation Team on a permanent basis.
As Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation, you will lead a small team to work collaboratively across the business in successfully delivering our Digital Transformation projects.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering projects and experience of managing complex changes into multi-channel operations, to lead our Digital Transformation Programme.

Here at Hotel Chocolat, we’ve adopted hybrid working. This means you’ll join us on site for three days a week, and for the other two days – you can work from wherever you like! The on-site locations for this role are our support office, ‘Mint House’, in Royston, Hertfordshire and our distribution centre, ‘Alpha’, in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire.
What you’ll be doing….
- Leading a team of 3-4 to work collaboratively across the wider business to deliver digital transformation projects.
- Managing a portfolio of projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time and within budget.
- Govern the digital transformation programme, ensuring clear reporting to key senior stakeholders.
- Managing project risks and acting proactively to solve issues.
- Developing detailed project plans, inclusive of project dependencies, to monitor and track progress.
- Defining the business outcomes and quantifying the benefits.
- Own clear and co-ordinated communication plans for change initiatives, ensuring creative, clear, concise, and timely communication relevant to target audience.
- Conduct post implementation review, which ensures learnings are gathered and change amended accordingly.
