Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years’ Project Management experience in large-scale projects.
Preference for candidates with electrical estimating experience and Project Management Professional certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ConEst, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, or similar tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee electrical construction projects, encompassing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and operational supervision to ensure safety, profitability, timely completion, and quality in alignment with contractual obligations.
Handle project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and minutes; oversee change orders, and maintain documentation logs.
Forecasting, budgeting, and tracking project costs and productivity.
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and labor; review technical drawings and approve timesheets.
Facilitate communication with project stakeholders and monitor progress.
