Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Owner / Project Manager - Business Analyst to lead the advancement of our next-generation AI/NLP-powered aiQ platform, which drives the acclaimed Xfinity Assistant chatbot and other functionalities. As part of the Emerging Experiences team, you will contribute to our vision of “aiQ for All,” delivering personalized experiences across all channels. Reporting to the Executive Director of Product Management for the aiQ Platform, you will drive the design, development, and enhancement of core platform features to provide consistent and tailored experiences for Xfinity customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Product Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital product management, human-centered design, and agile methodologies.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience with platform building and APIs is important.
  • Organizational and Management Skills: Ability to breakdown and track complex projects, integrate input from multiple sources, and identify and track dependencies across projects.
  • High Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand new complex systems and processes.
  • Execution-oriented: Proficient in the MVP approach, breaking down work into phases, shipping experiences, studying customer reactions, and iterating accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for product and platform requests, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and drivers.
  • Utilize empathy and design thinking to define scalable product concepts and solutions, informed by deep knowledge of internal and external customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to prioritize and implement the development of key platform features and services, focusing on scalability and innovation.
  • Partner with cross-functional product and business teams to launch new services, features, and enhancements, advocating for the aiQ platform.
  • Lead internal and cross-business working sessions, driving alignment and collaboration across teams.
  • Develop user stories, facilitate grooming sessions, and prioritize backlogs for multiple products and programs.
  • Solicit ongoing feedback from platform users to inform the product roadmap and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support data instrumentation and analytics strategy, including the collection and analysis of KPIs across products.
