Senior Project Manager - Intelligent Automation

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, or project management
• Certification in project management, digital transformation, or a related field is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles
• Managing IT projects, preferably related to digitalization
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams is essential

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• A strong understanding of digital technologies and trends is essential. This includes knowledge of emerging technologies like data analytics, machine learning, business process automation, Low-Code / No-Code or Generative AI
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana is a key
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as other project management frameworks, is welcomed

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration among team members, and presenting project updates to senior management
• Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary for identifying and addressing challenges that arise during digitalization projects
• The digital landscape is constantly evolving, so adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies are critical
• The ability to motivate, mentor, and lead diverse teams toward common objectives is essential for success in senior roles
