A global investment management firm operating in a multitude of different markets are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Change Management team.
The company has quickly grown and really invested in their IT over the past few years, moving to the cloud and looking at how they can truly leverage their data.
Although a financial institution they are keen to find someone who is inspired by their mission and work within their collaborative environment to help show the business what technology can really do.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ Years working within Investment Management ideally within a change management function.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful project outcomes across multiple financial services organisations.

  • In-depth understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations.
  • Substantial experience implementing major technology solution and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of end-to-end project management and solution delivery, ensuring project cost, time, and quality parameters are met.

  • Guide projects involving market-leading systems like for alternative investments or specialized platforms for HR, Compliance, Finance, and Treasury. You might even navigate projects involving organizational restructuring, necessitating coordination across multiple stakeholder departments.

  • Provide direction and focus for projects by outlining requirements, design, governance, and delivery plans.
  • Foster and sustain trusted relationships with heads of function, senior management, and diverse internal and external stakeholders.
