Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Liaise and collaborate with all company departments and operations relevant to your allocated projects and team management
- Build and promote positive relationships with all internal and external clients
- Understand methods for and arrange appropriate transport/packing/storage methods for art works
- Provide estimates for clients and convert into orders
- Responsibility liaising with clients and third parties regarding local transport and/ or shipping related work for galleries, museums and private clients.
- Deal with client queries when needed and source the best solutions
- Team development through the Crozier Connects initiatives and alignment with Company wide Sustainability and DEI goals
- Lead weekly teams meetings to provide messaging, coaching, training and motivation
- Drive a client focus mentality amongst the team
- Ensure best practice is utilized and carried out at all times.
- Managing multi projects at any given time.
- Undertake advance planning for the deployment of resources
- Advise the client when appropriate or alternative solutions
- Work on complex projects using your skills, experience and knowledge to offer solutions in a cost effective manner.
- Manage and support possible larger tenders, ensuring involvement with the appropriate business areas to provide accurate and factual information.
- Work with your team, account managers and the business development team to ensure clients needs are being met and are consistent. Promote client centric behavior.
- Using Account plans, client reviews and face to face outreach to pursue opportunities for client growth and up-selling.
- Able to take on additional responsibilities to represent the department manager.
