As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible of running several projects and/or Scrum teams within different business focus areas. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders at all organizational levels and across mainly EMEA and North America. Your main goal will be to facilitate the delivery of value-adding solutions, continuous process optimization as well as ensuring a strong delivery model.
This is an exciting moment to join Nilfisk, as you would lead many of the key projects that drive our digital transformation. You will manage projects in the business and technology areas and solutions such as ERP, eCommerce, GenAI, CRM, Connectivity, Web, etc.

You will be in our brand-new office in Nordhavn together with 14 other colleagues in IT. You will be a part of a team consisting of 6 other project/portfolio managers, who is based in Copenhagen and Budapest. In the team we maintain regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges, we foster open communication, encourage each other to share ideas.

As our new Senior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage the delivery of your projects as committed, and in a transparent way
  • Inspire project teams to deliver excellent levels of individual and team performance
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders across functions to ensure business understanding and ongoing/upcoming initiatives
  • Build trust and inspire teamwork
  • Facilitate and support team decisions
  • Align and coordinate dependencies to other teams or projects

A Senior Project Manager Who Enjoys Cross-functional Collaboration
We imagine that the ideal candidate, you have around 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an international enterprise environment. We imagine that you have experience working with establishing IT projects within different business areas and technologies, and thus possess a generalist IT project management toolbox.
You have experience working with Agile principles, and experience with delivering on time, scope, and budget. You have great stakeholder management skills and enjoys working with many different colleagues.
