Alex Therapeutics is a Stockholm-based medtech startup that develops digital therapies for anxiety in chronic disease patients. We create and deliver accessible, evidence-based treatments through smartphone apps. By combining evidence-based psychology with leading design and technology, we can develop digital medicine products that help under-treated patients worldwide. QUALIFICATIONS (NEED-TO-HAVES)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience in project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience working with maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to support business development initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (we use Notion, Slack, G-Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS (NICE-TO-HAVES)

• Background in consulting
• Experience in working in or towards the US, Germany, UK and/or France
• Experience in team growth and development
• Experience in digital therapeutics/healthcare or another regulated industry

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Our current COO is going on paternity leave from July 1, 2024 to January 10, 2025. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team during that time. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of post-graduate experience and will be responsible for supporting existing partnerships and customers, assisting with business development initiatives, as well as the overall operational functions of the business, including team growth and development, and more.

JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Support existing partnerships and customers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Assist with business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting client presentations.
• Provide operational support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Assist with both the highs and lows of project management, providing administrative support and guidance as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
