We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Formalizing status and reporting to internal project and client stakeholders;
• Identifying and managing risks;
• Tracking, recording and monitoring service KPIs and SLAs;
• Applying good service management practices;
• Identifying improvements;
• Day-to-day management of the team and the service.
