As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a Maternity Cover Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and bringing business critical and commercial enabling systems and tools to market.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team as a 12-month maternity cover. You will play a pivotal role in an exciting and impactful project, focusing on implementing a CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) system within our existing Salesforce CRM environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, specifically in technical system implementations, and will excel in a fast-paced setting. This role demands a comprehensive project management toolkit, alongside exceptional organizational and communication skills, to manage projects efficiently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Significant experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing high-paced and complex projects.
• Prior experience with technical system implementations, particularly Salesforce and CPQ, is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively between commercial and technical projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the company.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to project management.

• Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, to align project goals and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders at all levels.
