Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in overseeing complex projects within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our advanced pharmaceutical plant, ensuring alignment with the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, with a successful track record of managing projects valued at €6 million or more.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion within the specified timeframe and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory affairs, to drive project milestones and deliverables.
