Due to an exciting stream of work, we are looking to appoint a new Senior Project Management professional to lead in delivering a range of projects across a range of sectors.
Infrastructure experience will be a distinct advantage.
In this role, you will be a Senior or Principal Project Manager, taking ownership for a range of schemes in the region.
This role will see you working closely with the team and external clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivery of projects on time and quality by managing the progress and performance of the contractor and consultants works according to contract deliverables, specification, and client requirements.
  • Undertakes a range of Project and Key Account Management activities ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor, drive, and report on project performance including action planning/management
  • Participate in Project Manager Governance Group as required
  • Ensure delivery of personal business plan objectives
  • Involvement in business development activities as appropriate, including involvement in bids and presentations to clients
  • Deputise for Principal Project Manager where appropriate and coach and develop other members of Project Management team

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Construction related degree is desirable, but not essential
  • Relevant professional qualification (MAPM, MCIOB, MRICS, Prince 2)
  • Current membership of a construction related professional body such as RICS, CIOB, APM, etc is desirable
  • Experience in a construction consultancy environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building technology and construction principles
  • Understanding of risk management
  • Excellent understanding of either forms of building contracts (JCT or NEC3)
  • Strong bid writing and presentation skills to clients
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • A passion for innovation and collaboration
