YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in the engineering domain ideally with manufacturing focus
  • 10+ years of experience within mid to large PLM projects in designing, optimizing & deploying PLM processes, methods & tools
  • 10+ years of in-depth CAx & DMU experience in the engineering & manufacturing domain
  • In-depth knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter in particular MPP and related Siemens products incl. BMIDE
  • Advanced knowledge of in the basic modules such as Product Structure, BOM, Master Data, Documentation & Change & release management
  • Strong lateral leadership & mentoring skills in international environments
  • Proven Project Management experience with obligational certification (Scrum.org & PMI)
  • ALM usage experience ideally Polarion
  • Strong understanding of engineering & manufacturing processes in the machinery and plant engineering industry ideally in the wind energy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic high-profile PLM projects responsible for quality, cost & time to support the business transformation and critical company objectives
  • Lead Ownership of the DMU and digital factory processes domain (manufacturing process definition, layout design, planning simulation, etc.)
  • Redefine global ENERCON major process setup such as product development and order to cash in line with the new strategic target to become a project-driven company
  • Define & implement global industrialization, configuration & change management processes methods & tools along the entire product lifecycle to ensure the availability & consistency of relevant data
  • Identify improvement opportunities and leverage exceptional stakeholder
  • Diagnose & drive solutions to mission-critical complex problems
  • Develop metrics to Identify opportunities and evaluate the success of implemented projects
  • Develop further existing subject-specific methodology and approaches
  • Manage internal & external partners
  • management of change
