Are you ready to take the lead in an in-house agency, working with global clients on exciting and diverse projects in a strategic and operational capacity? We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our clients in-house agency, where you will work with renowned global clients. You’ll become part of a dynamic studio of nearly 100 professionals, dedicated to creating a wide array of digital and creative products.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED

• You’ll be working at a senior level; whether that’s as a Senior Project Manager, Delivery Lead or you could be an Operations Manager or Traffic Manager with a background in project management.
• Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced agency.
• Ideally you will have experience across managing creative, marketing and digital projects; although we won’t rule out candidates without digital experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and navigate difficult conversations.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead the implementation and refinement of processes across multiple office locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency. You will also manage a portfolio of projects, cultivating strong client relationships to deliver outstanding results and satisfaction. Furthermore, you’ll provide leadership and mentorship to a small team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among colleagues from various disciplines.
In addition to these responsibilities, we are seeking an individual who is a strategic thinker, possessing a keen eye for detail and operational excellence. You will continuously seek ways to enhance processes and systems, ensuring seamless project execution.
